~Host of the show Aditya Narayan drapes a yellow saree to get into the feel of the song~
It is raining melodies on the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa! The competition is getting tougher and intense with every contestant pushing past their boundaries and delivering phenomenal performances, leaving the judges, jury, and viewers spellbound. Setting temperatures soaring in the upcoming episodes will be celebrity guests - Bollywood Diva Raveena Tandon Thandani and the veteran playback singer, Udit Narayan who joined the judges Shekhar Ravjiani, Wajid Khan and Richa Sharma on the sets of the show.It so happened that the ladies’ man on the sets, host Aditya Narayan, in his quest to woo Raveena, requested her to share a quick tip with everyone on how to nail performing her hit song ‘tip tip barsa paani’. To this, Dadi (Dipali Borkar, his co-host) interrupted Aditya by putting in a fun condition. She insisted that Aditya along with three other male contestants- Sahil Solanki, Tanmay Chaturvedia and Sonu Gill drape yellow chiffon sarees and only then can they take lessons from Raveena. Seeing the boys sporting beautiful yellow sarees, Raveena graciously accepted Aditya’s proposal and joined them on the stage to perform the famous song much to everyone’s delight!
But what swept the diva off her feet was the sheer quality of the singing talent, the dhamakedaar performances and touching melodies that the Top 11 contestants brought to the platform.
This weekend, with specials guests in the house, the contestants will set the stage on fire with some of the most memorable melodious songs of the 90s – ranging from Pehla Nasha performed by Aishwariya Pandit, Gali Mein Aaj Chand Nikala by Menuka Poudel to Dhol Bajne Laga by Rani Ko-He-Nur and much more.
