Join us under this month’s new moon for Antar Mauna meditation session with Life Coach Samantha Duggal, on 07th December 2018 at Bayview Marina Garden, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. The guided meditation session is being organised by Thriive Art & Soul as part of the Moon Magic series. 
Antar Mauna is a meditation technique that involves transforming and controlling thought processes through self-awareness and mindfulness. When this meditation is done in a group, effect is cumulative, giving multi-fold benefits that includes skyrocketing energies and a sense of wellness that fills one’s entire being.

About Samantha Duggal:
Samantha Duggal is a well-respected teacher who has been dedicated to mind-body health for over 20 years. With a lifetime spent practicing Yoga, Dance, Body work  and other  Healing modalities, she is able to combine unique perspectives about wellbeing, healing and physiology on the physical mental and spiritual level. Samanta’s work centers on Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ayurveda, Thai Yoga and Abdominal Body work Therapies.
